Pre-Finalisation Pilot survey

On behalf of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), Wallis is conducting a survey among those who have had a recent interaction with the AAT. The research aims to gather feedback about their experiences dealing with the AAT, in order to better understand the experiences of applicants and other representatives.

Surveying activity for this project will be conducted from November 2020 through until December 2020.
