Surveys
Wallis Consulting Group is running a number of surveys at the moment, including the following:
Mansfield Shire Business Survey
The Mansfield Shire has commissioned Wallis Consulting Group to conduct a survey with local businesses to gauge their views on a proposal by the Delatite Hotel. To view the questionnaire, click through here.
Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY)
This major study of young people is one of the largest longitudinal surveys in Australia. The survey follows the progress of young people as they make the transition from the final years of secondary school, through post-school study, training and/or job search. Participants in the study are generally introduced to the survey through their school at age 15, and remain as a part of the panel until around the age 25. Each panel member is interviewed annually.

Child Support longitudinal Survey
Wallis is currently undertaking the second in a series of interviews with separated parents.
This survey was commissioned by the ANU, with the involvement of FaHCSIA and the CSA. It focusses on the arrangements separated parents have in place for the care of their children following changes to the Australian Child Support Scheme.
Further information is available here.
Gambling and Young People
The Wallis Group is conducting interviews with 15 to 24 year olds who have left secondary school. This survey is part of a wider study, which is being conducted in schools across Australia. Gambling Research Australia will use the data from these surveys to determine the nature and extent of gambling amongst young Australians. Governments in each State and Territory will use the results to further develop education and harm-minimisation programs.
Financial Monitor This weekly tracking study is carried out for one of Australia’s leading financial institutions. Interviewing is carried out every Monday evening by telephone.
