Public Transport – Victoria
Customer Satisfaction for Department of Transport. Interviewing takes place monthly (typically starting on the second Tuesday of each month) and covers the major forms of public transport in Victoria (Trains – Metropolitan and V-Line; Trams; Buses; and Taxis). Interviews are conducted with users and a small number of non-users.
