| The Wallis Group achieved accreditation to the International Standard ISO20252 in September 2007. The Company is committed to maintaining administrative and operational procedures which comply with these accreditation requirements and to improving its performance in all aspects of the service it delivers to its customers.The Wallis Group is an active participant in the market research industry, with senior staff making significant contributions to the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) and the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO). As such we actively pursue the ethical objectives of the industry.
In addition to having attained the highest Industry accreditation, the Wallis Group also participates in the Australian Achiever Awards, which recognises the customer service excellence of Australian companies.
